Dawlish Warren Life Saving Club DWLSC helps to patrol Dawlish Warren beach. We also train beach lifeguards to the highest standard and on many levels, from basic courses for the under 12's right on through to advanced resuscitation courses. If you want a more competitive experience, Surf Life Saving is a sport and our members compete in regional, national and even worldwide events! The Strand Community Trust has leased the church building in The Strand and is turning it into a community centre. There are drop in Coffee Mornings every day except Friday, 2 lunch clubs and various community activities. It is also used by lots of other groups in the community to host their own activities and classes.
