Neighbourhood Plan

The Dawlish Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group has been appointed by the Dawlish Town Council to help develop a Neighbourhood Plan; a community-led framework for guiding the future development, regeneration and conservation of the area.  The document will be part of the statutory development plan for the area, if successful at referendum.

The Group meet on the first Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. at The Manor House, Dawlish unless stated otherwise and agendas, associated reports and minutes of  meetings will be published on this website.

A special meeting will take place on Tuesday, 11 October 2017 at 6 p.m. in the Riverside Centre to receive a presentation from Teignbridge Planning officers to discuss how the review of Plan Teignbridge may affect Dawlish and its desire for a Local Neighbourhood Plan. All are welcome to attend.
