Dawlish Town Council leases and manages one allotment site:
- Brownsbrook Allotment (Aller Hill, Dawlish, EX7 9BJ) has 38 plots including full and half size.
The annual price for an allotment is currently:
Half Plot £22.50 or Full Plot £55.00.
Allotment rent is from 1 January to 31 December and on acceptance of an allotment you agree to pay full rental for that year in addition to automatically becoming a member of the Brownsbrook Allotment Association.
Are you interested in having an allotment? Waiting lists are operated on a “by date of application” system. As at March 2021 there are 70 people on the waiting list and it takes several years to move up the list. Please complete the form below if you would like to be added to the waiting list.
