Dawish and Teignmouth Town Councils are currently compiling events information for the Dawlish, Dawlish Warren and Teignmouth Events Guide 2020. It is free to have an entry for an event in the guide. If your organisation is running a community event in Dawlish, Dawlish Warren or Teignmouth in 2020 please complete a form and return it before the end of January 2020.

Black Swans start laying in 2020

From 2 Jan 2020 to 16 Jan 2020

In a great start to the New Year the Black Swans in Tuck's Plot have started laying and the first egg was seen by Don, one of the waterfowl wardens today 2nd January 2020. We are hoping the eggs will be fertile this time as recent layings have seen infertile eggs produced. In 2019 another pair of black swans hatched five cygnets and all are currently doing very well.

Donations can be made to the upkeep of all the waterfowl
